*UPDATE 12/16/13. We have so much to be grateful for the past 15 months. This time last year we were in the hospital for Trevor's second of three brain surgeries. We spent our Christmas there. This year we will celebrate at home. Last year Trevor could barely sit up, now he can take a few steps with a modified walker and a spotter or two. His short term memory is significantly impaired but definitely is improving! We'd like everyone who has donated to this site to know that we are deeply grateful. Your generosity has made so much possible. Trevor is anxious for his next surgeries which will hopefully give him more range of motion in his left arm and a neutral foot position in his left foot so that he can walk more independently. We pray you all have a Merry Christmas!
The person that hit Trevor is a multiple drunk driver offender. May 20, 2012 a plea deal was reached (we wanted a trial). The driver received 25 years and made a guilty plea. He is eligible for parole in about 6 years, if my math is correct.
Please see the following links to learn more about the story and Trevor. Friend him on Facebook to follow his recovery (please send a message).

His family could use all the help they can get. This donation site was set up to help them out. Please give whatever you can. Pennies, nickels, dimes, and dollars!! They all add up.
Thank you every one for all the love and support. The goal has been raised because you wonderful people have allowed us to. Keep the prayers coming, they are even more helpful.
