7/16: A group of 7 brave, local activists have been arrested for blockading the gates of BTC (Broward Transitional Center) in Pompano Beach, FL. They put their bodies on the line and chained themselves to the gates to protest ICE and immigrant detention.

They were chained for over 4 hours. They have all been taken to the local jail. We will update this page as soon as we get details about the charges they are facing.
